What cookies are

Cookies and local storage are small pieces of information your browser saves for a website. NRICH.FM uses them to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We never use advertising cookies and never sell your data.

Essential (always on)

These are needed for the site to work, so they can't be turned off.

Sign-in session cookie: keeps you logged in securely. Set when you sign in and removed when you log out.
Sign-in portal cookies: set by our secure sign-in service (Hercules Auth) and its security check while you log in.
Checkout cookies: set by our payment provider (Hercules Commerce) during checkout to process payments safely.
Cookie choice (nrich-cookie-consent): remembers what you picked on this banner.
Visit day (nrich-visit-day): set only if you accept analytics, so you're counted as one visitor per day.
Player settings: your volume and the clean only setting.
Library sidebar: whether you collapsed it.
Home page button version: which of two button labels you were shown, so it stays the same.
Phone alerts: a private key for alerts, only if you turn them on.

Analytics (only if you accept)

These help the NRICH.FM owners see how many people visit, which pages they open, and roughly which country and city they come from (worked out from the internet connection, never your exact location). They are off until you press Accept.

If the owners turn on Google Analytics, Google sets its own cookies (named _ga) for these visitors only. Google's privacy policy applies to that data.

Spotify player (only if you press play)

When the owners play a song from the DJ booth, the Listen Live page shows a Spotify player. Spotify may set its own cookies if you press play on it or open the song in Spotify. Spotify's privacy policy applies to that.

Changing your choice

Use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page, or the button below. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings at any time, which resets your choice.
